Standard Warranty
All Certified Refurbished and New handsets purchased from The Wireless Source (TWS) have a 120-day warranty as standard. The warranty period begins on the day the product is originally shipped from TWS. The warranty covers all of the items and conditions identified in the original manufacturers warranty. Some of the items specifically not covered by the warranty are loss and theft, water damage, customer abuse. This is only a partial list and is not meant to be the only non-coverable items or conditions. Final decisions regarding qualifications under warranty lie solely with The Wireless Source.
Extended Warranty

The standard warranty may be extended to a total of one year (365-days) from the ship date for an additional $9.50 per unit. The extended warranty must be purchased at the time of original handset purchase by customer from TWS. All of the terms and conditions of the standard warranty apply directly to the extended warranty. The only difference between the standard and the extended warranty is the length of coverage.
Warranty Claims
All warranty claims require a valid Return Authorization number (RA) prior to being sent back under warranty. Any shipments received at TWS without an RA number clearly printed on the outside of the box will be refused by TWS. For a new RA please process the claim on line by clicking here or by following the link at the left from any page. Standard turn-around-time for an RA is 14 calendar days from the date the handset is received at TWS. Turn-around-time is defined as the total time at the TWS facilities. It does not include transit time to or from the TWS facilities. TWS may, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the handset with the same make and model or apply a credit on account in the amount of the original purchase of the handset under warranty claim. The credit is specifically a credit on account to be used on a future purchase and is not refundable.
