Because cell phones and their batteries contain many hazardous materials that can harm the environment if not disposed of properly, it's important to know how and where to recycle cellular handsets in an environmentally-responsible way.
TWS has developed a comprehensive program for collecting, recycling, selling and/or trading in previously used handsets. The program elements range from a single one-time recycling of a handset to a complete reverse logistics and remarketing program. The goal of all of our programs is to find the highest and best use and value for all handset that enter our program and to always recycle handsets in the most eco-friendly manner avaialble today.
Single Unit Recycling

Multiple Unit Collection, Recycling and Redisposition
If you are a retailer, distributor, MVNO or carrier and are looking for a way to collect multiple units to recycle we have several programs available.
If you believe your monthly unit volume will be less than 1000 units we have a great turn-key program available that includes point of sale collection boxes, recycling call-to-action posters and prepaid envelopes for each of your locations. We also send you a 50-count box for efficient shipping back to our facility. Not only is the program completely free of charge, we even pay you a fee for every handset collected regardless of make or model.
If you believe your monthly unit volume can be greater than 1000 units we have many additional services that we can provide. These services may include custom point-of-sale materials, self-service kiosks, collections training for associates, reverse logistics services and remarketing of the handsets to capture the highest and best value for your asset. You will be assigned an account manager from TWS who will work closely with your organization to identify your specific needs and opportunities. From this assesment, a program will be tailored specifically to meet the needs and objectives of your organization. Throughout the life of the program we will work closely with your organization to make sure that we are meeting all of our orginal objectives, identifying any new opportunties and continously improving the program.
