• The unit(s) and packaging may not be damaged or altered in anyway
• The unit(s) must be returned complete, in the original condition and packaging
• The quantity is limited to 50 units maximum

Refunds on first time orders are available on Certified Refurbished product only.  It is not available on new, used, as-is, PUT or any other category of units sold.  The customer is responsible for paying freight on the returned items. The return request must be made within 30-days of the original shipment date.
